AGREEMENT REGARDING POSTING OF VIDEOS TO THIS WEBSITE

The purpose of the Outdoor Line free video upload site is to provide fun, educational, entertaining and informative videos to members of our on-line community. Fisherman, hunters, sportsman, campers, RV’ers, off roaders, scuba divers and other outdoor enthusiasts are encouraged to post their videos on this website. By registering on this website and/or posting a video on this website, you, the person registering or posting the video (“you”) agree as follows:

1. All videos uploaded to this website will be subject to review and approval by Outdoor Line, LLC (“we” or “us”) prior to or after posting. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content posted on this website at any time for any reason. While we will attempt to keep objectionable material off of this website, it is impossible for us to review all posts and comments made on the videos. Anyone who feels a posted video, message or comment is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator immediately.

2. All videos posted on this website, as well as all information contained or disclosed in those videos, automatically becomes public information, and all rights to those videos and information are automatically transferred to us. Consequently such videos and information are not subject to our Privacy Policy, and can only be deleted from our website at our discretion. Further, if you discontinue your video upload account, the account will be closed, but any video you posted will not be deleted and will remain posted on this website.

3. You will not upload any videos or post any information that is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of any federal, state, international or other applicable law. In addition, you will not upload any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or have written permission from the owner of the copyright to post the material on this website. You will not upload or post spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes or solicitations on this website.

4. You are solely responsible for your account and the content of all videos that you post on this website, as well as all consequences arising from such posting. You release and will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Outdoor Line, LLC, 710 ESPN Seattle, Bonneville Communications, and any related websites, as well as the respective members, managers, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and affiliates of each of the foregoing, from and against any and all claims, losses, harm, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses (including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees) arising, whether before or after the expiration or termination of your video upload account, out of or in connection with any video that you post on this website or any information contained therein.

5. We have the right to send you e-mails containing information and updates from time to time regarding news, events that we are hosting or other matters that we believe will be of interest to the members of our on-line community. If you do not wish to receive these updates, it is your responsibility to set your profile to not receive e-mails from the administrator.
